Urgency of the research. The interest in the problem of becoming a teacher's career in the process of continuous pedagogical education is due to the reform of all major spheres of society, which has led to a change in attitude to many processes and phenomena, which until now remained out of view due to their negative perception or low relevance.

Target setting. The personal orientation of the content of pedagogical training necessitates the modeling of situations in which the future teacher-teacher could not only perceive pedagogical theory, but also improve his own professional pedagogical actions, consolidate the experience of pedagogical communication, stimulate selfstimulation. Using the design and implementation of different pedagogical roles in the process of vocational training made possible through the application of training.

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Such works of foreign and domestic scientists are considerably interesting: R. Buckley, A. Liders, T. Powell, J. Powell, G. Starshenbaum, K. Fopel, H. Marasanov, N. Miloradova, H. Sartan.

The research objectives. To analyze the use of pedagogical innovations, namely training technologies, as an enhancement of pedagogical training of future teachers, which in turn will reflect the teacher's pedagogical skills and contribute to the formation of professional skills.

The statement of basic material. The article presents the experience of using training teaching technologies in the process of future teachers’ professional training. There is considered the specificity of the training organization, which includes all types of training that affect the qualities, skills and abilities that are manifested in the process of communication with students. The main stages of the training are highlighted, which include: the stage of capacity building; the orientation phase, in the form of role play or group discussion; the stage of study and the final stage.

Conclusions. The study concluded that the use of training technologies in the process of teacher training promotes development of their competitiveness, improves professional competencies.
