Urgency of the research. The article justifies the principles and methods of Agile management, which is flexible and facilitates adaptation of all subjects of this process to substantiate the creative-innovative potential of the development of lean-production as a condition for creating a true long-term value of the enterprise. The concept of lean manufacturing is to reduce order time and increase productivity.
Target setting. The introduction of cost-effective production at the enterprise has almost doubled productivity, reduced production space and reduced inventory with virtually no financial loss. The results of the analysis and application of Agile management principles and methods testify to the effective management mechanisms that have contributed to the success of the introduction of rope production, which are now recognized worldwide.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The history of lean-production is covered in the work of authors James P. Womack, Daniel T. Jones, Daniel Russe “The Machine that Changed the World. The history of the lean-production-dark weapon “Toyota” in the automobile wars”. A major role in our study was made by James Woomek, Daniel Jones, “Economical Manufacturing. How Toyota's production system will help prevent material losses and ensure the prosperity of your company”. The work “The machine that changed the world” has become a classic of management. This is the third book in the historical trilogy that begins with Peter Drucker's Corporation Concept, which first outlines the essence of mass production, and continues Alfred Sloan's “My Years at General Motors”, in which the author, the developer of this system, explained it in detail. The analysis of these works is necessary for product improvement, supply chain management, production operations and customer relationships in the lean-production system.
The research objective is to show that the creative and innovative potential of the development of lean-production acts as the most powerful tool for creating values of economical production and combating costs at the enterprise, to drive its development.
Presenting main materials. This concept leverages the creative and innovative potential of production, spreading it to employees, distributors and suppliers, so that there are no problems among the subjects of this process. It is emphasized that most of the lean tools present a real challenge to the business executives, who are needed to improve product development, supply chain management, production operations and customer relationships. The new concept of “lean manufacturing” can direct the entire flow of “value-seeking” to the pursuit of excellence.
Conclusion. The concept of Agile management necessary for the introduction of economical production is analyzed, the nature and importance of economical production are explained and its characteristics are presented. The conditions of transition from mass production to lean-production are shown.
