Urgency of the research. The non-academic approach to the realization of education and the growing value of continuous education activities of adults focus the need for non-governmental structures to be oriented towards the implementation of the functions of scientific and methodological guidance and management of education. The education system, which exists in Ukrainian society is not always focused on praxeology, overcoming the tendencies of destructive behaviour of people, so it does not give the desired effect on the country scale. Non-academic education can solve these problems because the means of its implementation favour to the self-expression of people, the opening of harmonious relations, which are acted as the form of dialogical communication of the person and education, which extends beyond the individual subjectivity, favour to the unfolding of the true essence of human self, namely to its self-expression.

Target setting. Can non-academic education solve the issue of a person's worldviews, their positive educational trends?

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The issues of non-academic education were raised by scientists of V. Andrushchenko [1] R. Andryukaytene [2], M. Berko-vits [10], O. Kivlyuk [3], V. Nikitenko [2], V. Ryabchenko [5], V. Voronkova [2] and others.

The research objective. The content of education remains unfulfilled unless there is a process of active, interested development by students. But not every new education can interest the modern consumer of Ukrainian educational services. Here it is important to highlight the problem of awareness of social values, social norms and cognitive tasks as factors of involvement in education and as driving motives of education, self-study and self-regulation of educational interests by individual.

The statement of basic material. Growing problem of inconsistency of the academic system of education with the new needs of society and individual, lack of existing structures of education contribute to the emergence of a different approach for the organization of educational activities, which is non-academic. As a philosophical phenomenon, it fully complies with the students' diverse interests and possibilities. Non-academic education functions outside the academic education, free from strict rules and regulations, it focuses on specific educational requests of different social, professional, demographic groups.

Conclusions. The main feature of non-academic education is the lack of tunified, to varying degrees, standardized requirements to results of educational activity. This area of educational practice is usually focused on the accumulation of knowledge and skills in the field of hobbies, professional development, change of profession with the desire to broaden the cultural outlook and gain the knowledge and skills needed in everyday life, in the sphere of interpersonal communication, competent participation in various types of social activities.
