Urgency of the research. Technological progress, the processes of globalization, including in education, cause constant changes in the requirements for the quality of education of students - future professionals in the labour market. The conformity of education to the modern development of society is an important component of the sovereignty of the state, the basis of its national security.
Target setting. Analysis of research on the reasons for the lack of significant results in ensuring the quality of mathematics and science education in the implementation of educational reforms showed that the management system of educational processes was not paid enough attention.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Many scientists are engaged in improving the quality of education, management of educational institutions in Ukraine, among who, in particular, L. Danilenko, G. Dmytrenko, T. Yelnikova, L. Karamushka, Т. Lukina, O. Lyashenko and others. Programs for the development of education in European countries are also of great benefit for researchers.
The research objective. To develop a model of the system of management of educational process in a secondary education institution (scientific lyceum) as a basis for ensuring the quality of mathematics and science education.
The statement of basic materials. The author researches the management of educational processes. Author's developments on management of these processes are presented, as well as the model of “Conflict-free education” which give positive results in practice.
Conclusions. The use of practical methods of quality management of educational processes proposed in the work allows to improve the results of mathematical and natural education, to increase the motivation of students to learn.
