Urgency of the research. The development of education, today, is characterized by the modernization of learning, its transformations in order to increase efficiency based on the use of innovative technologies. The main task of teachers and scientists is to find a modern approach to the educational process, to create and implement new methods and technologies of learning. The process of education in higher education institutions should not only be an explanation that is remembered or recorded by the student, it should also be creative thinking, active work in classes and interest in the given material.
Target setting of the readiness of future teachers to organize the gaming activities of education seekers is considered as an important component of the professional competence of the future specialist, which is a condition for the competitiveness of a graduate of a higher education institution in the labor market. By the professional competence of a teacher we mean an integral characteristic of a specialist, the distinctive features of which are the readiness and ability to competently organize the educational process, in particular, to use the pedagogical capabilities of gaming technologies, which contributes to the personal growth of education seekers.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The problem of using game technologies in higher education institutions is studied in the scientific literature by L. Varzatska, I. Vachkov, N. Holovko, O. Zhukova, N. Kravets, E. Lytvynenko, M. Marko, I. Romaniuk, H. Topchii, H. Shchukina. Game-based learning technologies in education in Ukraine are the subject of attention of such scholars as N. Bibik, L. Vashchenko, O. Marynovska, O. Zimnia, O. Lokshyna, O. Ovcharuk. The study of psychological and pedagogical works (Y. Babansky, I. Beleniuk, L. Kondrashova, etc.) showed that scientists pay due attention to the problem of introducing game technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions. However, modern research lacks a substantiation of the problem of game technologies in the professional field.
The research objective innovative forms of educational work of higher education institutions using the example of game learning technologies, theoretically justifying the possibilities and feasibility of using game learning technologies in the professional training of future teachers in higher education institutions.
The statement of basic materials. The article considers the issues of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions using the example of game technologies. Game learning technologies are a special teaching method that involves mastering educational material and educational content, forms the interaction of the teacher and the student through the game, and also helps to find and obtain the desired goal, that is, to achieve a certain result. Game technologies are declared as a modifying innovation. Teaching technologies of this type is associated with the use of a learning model based on the activity of subjects of the educational process. The methodological component of the teacher's activity in implementing game technologies is highlighted, based on the tasks of methodological work, didactic principles, learning functions, and forms of organization of the educational process.
Conclusions. Increasing the professionalism and general cultural level of teaching staff is one of the priority ways of reforming the domestic education system. Higher education in a classical university provides future specialists with professional knowledge, skills and abilities in combination with academic education. In the conditions of its modernization, the methodological component of training both the permanent teaching staff and future specialists acquires special importance. It is a system that includes goals, content, methods, means and forms of organizing training.

Urgency of the research. In the modern world of digital technologies, network consciousness has become a key element of public life. The Internet, social networks, personalized content algorithms, and artificial intelligence are radically changing the perception of reality, the formation of opinions, and the way people interact. More than 60% of the world's population actively uses the Internet. Social networks have become the main source of information for millions of people.
Target setting. Network consciousness as a new format of social consciousness includes various platform algorithms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) that determine what a person reads, watches, and believes. Online campaigns (MeToo, BLM, environmental movements) are becoming a powerful mechanism for social change. Network consciousness influences political processes and public opinion. The transformation of thinking occurs through the clip perception of information.
Actual scientific research and issues analysis. In the present study, we focus on the domestic concepts of network consciousness presented in the scientific research of T. Butchenko, V. Voronkova, V. Nikitenko, O. Kyvliuk, O. Sorokina, M. Kozlovets, and others. Networked consciousness is a powerful factor of social transformation that opens up new opportunities but also poses serious challenges. Its study and adaptation to modern realities is a key task for both individuals and society as a whole.
The research objective: 1) to find out the development of social networks and the formation of network culture and consciousness; 2) to reveal network consciousness as a social and public phenomenon; 3) to analyze network consciousness as a new format of digital reality.
The statement of basic materials. The article examines network consciousness as a social phenomenon that represents not just a new trend, but a radical reformatting of social consciousness. Its influence is growing, creating new challenges and opportunities for society, economy, politics and culture. The study of this phenomenon is extremely important for understanding the future of the information society.
Conclusions. The conclusions reveal that network consciousness is a new stage in the development of social consciousness. It is formed under the influence of digital technologies, social networks and global communication, changing the way we receive information, make decisions and interact socially. The Internet and digital platforms have become the main medium for shaping public opinion. Content personalization algorithms, information bubbles, and online activism largely determine the political, economic, and cultural processes of the network society.

Urgency of the research. One of the characteristic and defining features of our modernity is the acceleration of social dynamics in all spheres of life. Under such conditions and circumstances, the aspect of competitive advantages of some societies over others is noticeably actualized. The aspect of competitive advantages has many components, but in all hierarchies of meanings and values, key positions are assigned to the factor of personal development, which determines the level of both individual and social capitalization.
Target setting. In social philosophy and philosophy of history, the thesis that the prospects for the development of society are determined by the totality of the personal development of its members has an axiomatic status. According to the logic of things, society should be interested in the maximum personal development of its members. But how often have you come across such a state of affairs? Why is it an exception to the rule rather than the rule itself? Maybe something is wrong with logic? Or maybe what we have long considered an axiom is actually a theorem or hypothesis?
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Іn the process of research, we focused on the works of: Bondarenko N., Gotsalyuk A., Gurkivska A., Levchuk I., Samchuk Z., Rafalsky O. and other Ukrainian scientists.
The research objective. The target orientation of this study is the analysis of cause-and-effect relationships that determine the presence of difficulties and obstacles that have arisen on the path of personal development since antiquity and have a clear illustrative continuation in the era of the information society.
The statement of basic materials. The article highlights the philosophical issues of society as a factor of personal development from antiquity to the present. The concept of socialization is analyzed, the substantive imperatives of sociality, the content and tasks of social adaptation, the principles of acculturation and other issues are highlighted.
Conclusions. The main obstacles to personal development from antiquity to the present day are due to two factors. The first is the mechanism of socialization, which, being imperceptible, leads to the standardization and leveling of individual potential. The second is a priori representativeness: even if society is aware of the importance of personal development, its interests are often distorted by political power, which is mainly guided by its own benefit.
