Urgency of the research.One of the priority tasks of upbringing future trainers should be the formation of their pedagogical skills and abilities. Psychological and pedagogical support is a phenomenon that determines the mechanisms of influence on the personality, which are produced in the process of studying at a higher education institution. The system of professional activity of the teacher provides the perception of the abilities and abilities needed by the future trainer.

Target setting.Is organizational skills and abilities of future trainers an effective component of their psycho-pedagogical support?

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis.Questions of psychological and pedagogical support of future trainers were considered in the writings of V.Voronova, O.Grin, K.Kovalchuk.Subjective and objective criteria for the professionalism of trainers were distinguishedby scholar M.Mospan. T.Petrovskaya, I.Tolkunova, I.Smo-lar described the main characteristics of sports activities and pedagogical skills of athletes, which are important for the development of the personality of the athlete and the trainer.

The research objectives.Solving the problem of psychological and pedagogical support of the future trainer need to form his pedagogical skills and abilities. The prospect of developing organizational skills is based on self-education and the use of trainings by future trainers. In the lessons on discipline "Pedagogical Skill" gives an impetus to the disclosure of organizational abilities of the individual, the ability to independently make choices about understanding the disadvantages and raising their level.

The statement of basic materials.The problem of psychological and pedagogical support for future trainers can be solved in classes on "Pedagogical Skill", where students develop the pedagogical skills that are needed during the work of the trainer. One of the most important skills of the trainer is organizational, which contributes to the development of the ability to organize training and education in trainings and competitions, to develop group interaction. These skills and abilities are also relevant in other areas of social practice of the individual, harmonize life, adjust the balance of spiritual forces, introduce guidelines in the views on the surrounding world, save from the limited consciousness and stereotypes of thinking. Successful learning and psychological development of the individual are the basis of interaction in the education and training of students in solving problems associated with psychological and pedagogical support.

Conclusions. Much attention of teachers during psychological and pedagogical support should be directed to creating a climate of creativity, mutual understanding and mutual support in practical lessons on "Pedagogical Skill". The situation of success during the development of organizational skills involves the productive formation of interest in discipline, the desire to actively participate in the cognitive process.
