Urgency of the research. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) play a fundamental role in the digital transformation of society, changing the way we do business, communicate and govern. However, it is important to consider both the benefits and challenges to ensure the sustainable development of the digital society. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are the backbone of a modern, dynamically developing society, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated its development.

Target setting. Their impact on various spheres of life in the context of globalization, digitalization and technological progress makes the study of this issue extremely relevant. The acceleration of digital transformation associated with the introduction of ICTs in business, education, healthcare, and public administration necessitates an in-depth analysis of their impact. The transition to the information society is characterized by the dominance of ICT in all spheres of life. These technologies determine the current stage of human development, influencing economic, social and cultural processes.

Actual scientific research and issues analysis. Recent studies and publications emphasize the significant impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the digital transformation of society. We focus on the modern scientific works of T. Butchenko, V. Voronkova, O. Masyuk, O. Danilian, V. Nikitenko, O. Kivliuk, M. Lepsky, O. Polishchuk, O. Polishchuk, O. Sorokina, M. Kozlovets, I. Utuzh, I. Chaika, and others.

The research objective. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the digital transformation of society, taking into account socio-philosophical aspects. The fulfillment of these tasks will allow to form a holistic view of the socio-philosophical aspects of the impact of ICT on the digital transformation of society and will contribute to further research in this area.

The statement of basic materials. The article discusses the development of the digital economy, based on which the transition to digital platforms, e-commerce and cashless payments requires studying the effectiveness and consequences of such changes; artificial intelligence, blockchain and the Internet of Things are changing economic models, creating new opportunities and challenges for understanding the future of the information society.

Conclusions. The conclusions reveal that information and communication technologies (ICT) are a key driver of the digital transformation of society, changing all spheres of life - from the economy and education to healthcare and public administration. Studying the impact of ICTs on the digital transformation of society is important for understanding future trends, developing sustainable development strategies, and minimizing the risks of digitalization. Taking into account technological, economic, and social aspects will help to formulate effective policies to ensure digital inclusion and safe use of technology.
