Urgency of the research. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need for attention to the issues of childhood and health preservation, educational and upbringing practices in the context of the spread of violence in the world, wars, border changes, humanitarian crisis. The problem of forced displacement, characteristic of families from different parts of the world, has affected parents and children who have suffered from the war in eastern Ukraine, the occupation of Crimea. People forced to flee from the war face the dynamics of post-industrial civilization, intensifying questions of identity, historical memory.

Target setting. Forced mass migration resulting from encroachments on Ukraine's territorial integrity by the Russian aggressor sharpens the question of cultural transmission, educational and upbringing practices, and memory preservation for future generations.

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The works of R. Kotsan, I. Dolmatov, and many other researchers are dedicated to exploring the essence of state borders and the influence of border issues on contemporary political, ethno-cultural, and other processes. Scholars such as N. Elias, M. Minakov, O. Kivlyuk, M. Kultaieva, N. Radionova, and others have conducted a comprehensive analysis of the interrelation between “individual-society”, “individual-social”, and socio-cultural transformations (social and socio-psychological). Scholars like B. Andersen, E. Bystrytskyi, A. Yermolenko, T. Liutyi, E. Smith, and numerous domestic and international researchers delve into the themes of historical memory, identity, communication, culture, and justice for future generations. N. Dichek, I. Dorozhko, M. Kultaieva, A. Yermolenko, S. Prolieva, S. Pylypenko, N. Radionova, S. Sysoieva, M. Tryniak, T. Shcheritsa, among others, focus on the ontoanthropological characteristics of childhood, education, and upbringing. Works by Y. Boichuk, M. Honcharenko, L. Lukianova are dedicated to the exploration of health and mechanisms of health preservation (pedagogical, social).

The research objective. From the ontoanthropological perspective of education and upbringing at individual and social levels, let's consider some aspects of childhood and health preservation in the conditions of military aggression, violations of state borders, political and social instability, and mass migration. We will explore the impact of border issues on educational, upbringing, and health-preserving practices. By doing so, we can determine the priority tasks of educational and state policies in this context.

The statement of basic materials. The challenges and problems faced by children and their parents in humanitarian crises and military conflicts have been analyzed. It has been emphasized that natural and social changes impact the health of individuals and the self-organization of communities. The importance of intercultural communication, historical memory, upbringing, and educational practices in shaping the identity of individuals and communities has been revealed.

Conclusions. In the social-cultural and spiritual dimensions, the issue of borders impacts the fundamental aspects of societies' lives, upbringing, educational, and health-preserving practices. In the face of Russian aggression, the primary task becomes educational and cultural modernization, state programs focusing on national-patriotic and civic directions, and the revival of historical memory.
