Urgency of the research on hybrid management lies in the need to develop new theoretical approaches that would take into account both the needs of organisations in managing complex structures and the employees' needs for greater autonomy and opportunities for self-realisation. The response to these challenges requires new research that goes beyond classical models and offers integrated management approaches.
Target setting. In today's management world, there is a rapid transformation of organisational structures and approaches to human resource management. Traditional management models, which previously provided stability and control, are not flexible enough to adapt to rapid market changes, technological innovations and new social challenges.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. In studying this issue, we relied on the works of: N. Carr, J. Ciulla, F. Laloux, B. Robertson, M. Pirson, G. Westerman and others.
The research objective. Analysing the theoretical foundations of hybrid management and its key subspecies, such as: Agile Management, Lean Management, Holacracy and Digital Management, which aims to demonstrate the philosophical underpinnings of management that can contribute to more balanced and productive organisational structures, while ensuring efficiency and human capital development.
The statement of basic materials. The article explores the philosophical foundations of hybrid management as a modern management model that combines hard and soft approaches to ensure flexibility and efficiency in organizations. The author analyzes the interaction of approaches such as Agile, Lean, holacracy, and digital management to demonstrate their contribution to achieving organizational goals and increasing productivity. Special attention is paid to the philosophical and ethical challenges that arise in the management process, such as the balance between control and freedom of employees and privacy in the digital environment. The article discusses the prospects for developing hybrid management under the influence of technology, changes in corporate culture, and globalization. Special attention is paid to the role of artificial intelligence in decision-making processes and the possibilities of integrating innovative strategies into traditional management structures. The author concludes that a hybrid approach is the key to effective management of modern organizations, where it is necessary to combine stability with adaptability to overcome global challenges.
Conclusions. The prospects for the development of hybrid management are linked to the further evolution of technology, corporate culture changes and the development of artificial intelligence capabilities. The philosophical comprehension of hybrid management in the context of the technogenic civilisation development is to find new ways to integrate local and global values, which allows for more flexible and responsible management models.
