Urgency of the research The relevance of the research topic is related to the need to develop schemes for post-war reconstruction and development of the economy of Ukraine. One of such directions can be tourism, which, as is known, belongs to highly profitable types of business and should become one of the factors for the rapid recovery of the country's economic sector. There are various types of tourism, among which there are: therapeutic, recreational, cognitive, physical culture and sports, professional and business, religious, etc. Halal tourism can relate to all of the above types of tourism. Halal tourism is a type of tourism that provides everyone with the opportunity to observe the norms of Islam when doing it. This includes logistics, as well as service during your stay somewhere and the provision of food in accordance with Halal requirements.

The research objective. During the post-war recovery period, the country's economy will need an influx of large amounts of finance. In some regions of Indonesia, the tourism sector has become seen as the main direction of increasing local incomes and sources of income for the population. Therefore, for post-war Ukraine, tourism can become one of the sources of income, and in the first years it will be able to develop on the basis of the preserved tourist and hotel infrastructure. It will be necessary to pay attention to all areas and types of tourism that can be developed in Ukraine during that period. One of the directions may be halal tourism, which includes various types of tourism, including medical tourism, which can be developed thanks to relatively inexpensive medical care. Indonesia is a predominantly Muslim country, which has accumulated many years of experience in the development of various types of halal tourism. Certain experience can also be applied in Ukraine. Note that this study is at the intersection of theology, religious studies, philosophy and economic sciences.

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Saifudin, Rosana Eri Puspita (2020), Fariana, Andi & Saripudin, Saripudin & Rukmana, Ovalia & Al, (2023), Huda, Nurul & Rini, Nova & Muslikh, Muslikh & Hidayat, Slamet & Takidah were engaged in the study of halal tourism, as well as the development of a strategy and the main directions of its further develop-ment. Erika & Sari, Dian & Husniyah, Af'idatul. (2022), Gunawan, Eddy & Sartiyah, Sartiyah. (2020) and others.

The statement of basic materials. The researchers point out that the development of tourism in general, including halal tourism, is facilitated by a good geographical location. country or region. In this aspect, Ukraine occupies a fairly favorable geographical location, which can become attractive for wealthy tourists from the Persian Gulf countries. Climatic conditions also play an important role, and in this case, a temperate climate becomes a winning position, which can also attract tourists from the Middle East region, where the climate is quite hot in summer and who tend to stay in countries with a more temperate climate in summer. They are also attracted by relatively inexpensive medical care. Which they usually get either in India. Or in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, where the appropriate infrastructure has been created. Ukraine will be able to compete with the development of appropriate infrastructure and taking into account the religious characteristics of this category of tourists. In our country, there are virtually all conditions and opportunities for the development of halal tourism, including specialists who can certify the catering network, hotels, medical centers and other things for compliance with Halal standards. This study will focus on the religious aspects of the development of halal tourism. Which are reflected in Indonesia, which has a rich experience in the development of the tourism sector.

Conclusions It follows that in the post-war period, Ukraine needs to pay attention to the development of various types of tourism. Including halal, resorting to the experience of various countries in this matter, including Indonesia.
