Mission. Influence on the conceptualization vector of transformational processes in the field of philosophy, education and education philosophy for the sake of scientific progress.

Problematics. “Educational Discourse: Collection of Research Papers” is an international peer-reviewed journal publishing the results of multidisciplinary research studies conducted by young scientists, leading scholars, experienced practitioners, educators and innovators in the headings covering all areas of knowledge related to education (philosophy, pedagogy, psychology, culture, philology, computer science, religious studies, management, law, etc.). Given this, the authors are being invited to publish, who analyse and substantiate in their research papers the theoretical preconditions and methodological basis for the scientific solution of topical issues in the filed of modern education and science under conditions of globalization changes, laws and principles of the educational institutions functioning, results of experimental interdisciplinary researches under conditions of educational processes integration, modern multicultural society challenges, etc. The journal is a peer-reviewed publication supporting open access to scientific publications.

Purpose. The purpose of the professional publication “Educational discourse: collection of research papers” is a multidimensional coverage of research results in the field of humanities on issues of modern education and science in terms of civilized socio-cultural changes.

In accordance with generally accepted international standards, the editorial board of the professional publishing house “Educational Discourse: collection of research papers” has established the following ethical principles:

Responsibility of the editor-in-chief:

Decides to publish the article, guided by the decision of the editorial board, reviewers, and responsible for verifying materials for anti-plagiarism, based on the policy of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Ensures confidentiality by operating information on the content of materials provided only within the editorial board, reviewers, author and publisher.
Settles (if any) conflicts of an ethical nature.
Maintains the originals of reviews for 5 years.
Decides to withdraw and refuse to publish an article that violates copyright or generally accepted norms of scientific ethics.

Responsibility of the editorial board members:

Responsible for publication.
Keep confidential all information received during review of the submitted article. The discussion can only be made by persons authorized by the editor-in-chief.
Responsible for the decision to publish articles accepted for consideration, based on the scientific value of the materials provided.
Determine the correspondence of materials submitted to the publication profile, formalisation requirements and send for review (doctor of sciences or candidate of sciences). They can return the article for refinement, subject to a partial failure to comply with the requirements for its contents and formalisation. Significant formalisation incorrectness may be the reason for not accepting the article for publication.
If more than 15% of self- text recycling found, the editorial staff reserves the right to refuse publishing the article.
Reserves the right to engage independent reviewers for review.

Responsibility of the reviewer:

Objective assessment of article materials, convincing arguments.
Performs double anonymous review of the submitted manuscripts, which results in the decision to admit to publication.
Performs a review of articles within the timeframe defined by the editorial board (2 weeks). However, the editorial board may adjust the review period, taking into account the subjective conditions of each particular case (subject to mandatory compliance with the quality of review).
Does not use ideas or parts of the content of materials submitted for review in own publications without prior written consent of the author or corresponding link upon publication of the latter.
The editorial board, which accepts the final decision on admittance prior to publication, pays attention to the positive review. If, in the overall positive assessment, the reviewer has a comment, the article is considered conditionally admitted to print but needs to be finalized (revised article is re-sent to the review). Comments may be left unchanged, with the consent of the author and editorial board, but in this case the editorial staff reserves the right to publish such comments as comments on the article (the author reserves the right to officially answer the same).
Has the right to refuse recommendation for printing. In this case, the article is not considered again.

2. Responsibility of the author:

Ensures that the materials submitted for publication are original and do not contain plagiarism (including text recycling), not considered by the editorial staff from another publication and have not been published previously (including in other languages).
Bears responsibility for the accuracy of facts, references, quotations and translation.
Provides that all persons are mentioned in the article collective body, who have made a significant contribution to the work.
Complies with copyright law.
Reserves the authorship of the article and assigns to the publishing house the right to first publication under Creative Commons 4.0 International License.
