Urgency of the research. Attracting the latest technology to the educational industry is a fairly balanced decision. The branch of education is an integral part of modern society. Today, there are plenty of e-learning resources available, but you need to use the latest technology to access them.
Target setting. In today's conditions of the development of the information society, the use of the latest information technologies in the educational sector is becoming increasingly important. There is a large number of electronic educational resources, so there is a problem in their proper use during the educational process and modern interpretation, that is, with the involvement of the latest programs and teaching aids. Such tools are web-based computer systems.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The introduction of modern information technologies into the educational process was dealt with by domestic and foreign scholars among them: V. Bykov, Y. Goroshko, M. Zhaldak, V. Klochko, N. Morse, S. Rakov, Y. Ramsky, S. Semerikov, O. Spirin, Y. Smirnov-Trybulskaya, Y. Tryus and others.
The research objective. The purpose of this study is to review modern web-based computer systems for managing electronic educational resources.
The statement of basic materials. This article examines the types of electronic educational resources used in higher education institutions. The main types of web-based computer systems for managing electronic educational resources are considered. It describes how, using web-based computer systems, it is possible to manage the electronic educational resources of a higher education institution.
Conclusions. Having considered the varieties of e-learning resources for effective use and management, three types of web-based computer systems were identified, namely content management systems for websites, content management systems and web-based publishing systems. During the study, it was shown how an appropriate e-learning resource can be used and managed in a web-based computer system (s).

Urgency of the research. At the current stage of the development of education, the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education has become a process mediated, and sometimes not controlled. It is proved that the introduction of information and communication, digital, electronic resources and technologies facilitates the intensification of the educational process. However, they carry certain dangers. So, without their thorough analysis and identification of certain limits to the implementation of information pedagogy, as a type of pedagogy, which is due to the functioning of information resources, and their development, the consequences of such a fetishization of technological progress can be irreversible not only for education, but for society as a whole.
Target setting. In pedagogical science, the question of the measured, balanced, methodically competent use of information and communication technologies in the educational process still remains a problematic issue. This problem concerns not only the classroom sessions, but also self-preparation, self-knowledge, leisure time, and the like.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Studies of the use of ICT in the educational process are studied by such modern Ukrainian scientists as: V. Bykov, A. Hurzhii, M. Zhaldak, A. Kudin, N. Morze, O. Spirin, S. Yashanov, who have their own scientific schools, and continue research in this direction. The following philosophers: V. Andrushchenko, V. Bekh, V. Voronkova, L. Drotianko, V. Kremin, V. Nechytailo, N. Polishchuk, O. Skubashevska, A. Yaroshenko and other famous Ukrainian scientists, are engaged in conceptualization and theoretical analysis of the processes of informatization of education.
The research objectives are to determine the boundaries, possibilities and contradictions of the process of implementing information pedagogy in Ukraine in the context of using ICT as an educational technology.
The statement of basic materials. The external (cyber-, internet-, social network addiction, cyber plagiarism, life virtualization, video game addiction, information manipulation, depersonalization and so on) and internal boundaries(psychological and physical loads)are identified, and the optimal parameters(the information culture, didactic soundness, controllability, material and technical security, ergonomics, etc.)for the implementation of the tasks and principles of information pedagogy in the context of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process are defined.
Conclusions. The implementation of information pedagogy in the context of using ICT is made possible by determining the optimal parameters: the formation of an information, network, virtual culture; modernization of educational and cognitive activity; organization of control and self-control; the formation of ergonomic thinking; a combination of traditional and new information and educational technologies of education.

Urgency of the research. In contrast to the models of social analysis criticized for totalizing and schematizing the ontology of societal interaction the following analysis bases its findings on socio-philosophical theories concerning the emotional nature of collective phenomena. In particular, the author proposes to examine cooperative activity present in modern societies from the vantage point of affective factors prevalent in interpersonal exchange between members of various formal organizations, spontaneous groups and collectives considering their particular type of nexus, organizational cohesiveness as well as collaboratively achieved results.
Target setting. Oral empirical and identification social processes, in particular, can be evaluated within the framework of the methods and categories proposed in the bosom of the phenomenological philosophy of social and philosophical doctrine, postulating the order of types of social connections, which corresponds to different types of common emotional interdependence.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Critical reflection pertaining to the general foundations of the issues at hand is presented in the works of the following Ukrainian researchers: M. Bulatov, V. Moskalenko, V. Poli shuk, L. Orban-Lembrik, M. Piren, V. Tsiba, A. Kovalenko, M. Kultaeva, M. Kornev. Basic methodological mechanisms and specific conceptual solutions are elucidated in the publications of N. Boichuk, N. Buran, T. Dobko, T. Lutiy, I. Pochinok, O. Khizhniak, A. Malinkin and others.
The research objective. Accordingly, the aim of this work is to apply the previously suggested phenomenological methodology and classification of collective empathetical states aiming to provide the means of adequately interpreting the degree to which a particular social formation is harmonious, determine the emotional preconditions and levers of civic activity whilst analyzing the impact of emotional factors on our joint critical thinking ability, reflective-reactive perception and apprehension of societal transformations.
The statement of basic materials. The emotional component of sociocultural shifts and development is rarely the major subject of major in-depth scientific scrutiny. Taking normative models of social formation as its starting point current social science examines the emergence, functioning and dynamics of stable collective entities based on implicit atomism and border line rationality of socially constituted persons which comprise them. The main aspect of presently scrutinized affective phenomenology has to do with the role that is ascribed to acts of shared sympathy and solidarity when applied to cases of collectively maintained preventive emotional axiology. Reflecting potent galvanizing dispositions, collective emotions are frequently a manifestation of diverse, at times contradictory societal tendencies, able to spread throughout a given social formation by ambivalently shifting their polarity.
Conclusions. One of the most important contributions of social phenomenology to the study of group emotions lies in suggesting a mechanism of regulation coupled with a developmental model of productive communal cohesion whose achievement should be strived for by any harmonious and ethical society. Such interpretation, however, doesn’t presuppose a blatant disregard for our collective cognitive and volitional capacities, but instead calls for a balanced approach to one’s awareness of the moral significance and rational impact within a larger scheme of rigorously stratified society.

Urgency of the research. Communication involves the transfer of information and the exchange of information in various forms, through various channels and technologies. Communication forms the basis of human consciousness, cognition and social life in general. The essence of the person is largely generated and reflected on the level of communication, outside of which the substantive signs of the person are blurred, inexpressive.
Target setting. One of the major problematic epicenters of modernity in general and communicative practices, in particular, is the accelerated erosion of identity as a set of essential personality traits. In addition, the problematic aspect is the dynamization of the improvement of technologies for the manipulative influence on the public consciousness.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The philosophical analysis of various levels and subject branches of a consumer society was carried out by Z. Bauman, ZH. Bodriiiar, H. Debor, F. Dzheimison. The problems of consumerism in their scientific works were covered by S. Moscovici and R. Harre, of anti-consumerism by G. Marcuse, E. Potter, N. Klein, of advertising, branding and rebranding by G. Armstrong, F. Kotler, J. Rossiter.
The research objective. The information picture of modernity is extremely diverse and multidimensional. Effective functioning within the framework of this communicative space is possible provided that the level of communicative culture is permanently increased.
The statement of basic materials. The dynamics of social processes have always been substantially determined by the level, efficiency, and peculiarities of communicative interaction between people. The reason for the communication difficulties that arise when people communicate in a culturally heterogeneous society is in such characteristics of speech as intonation, rhythm, choice of lexical, phonetic and syntactic options.
Conclusions. One of the important aspects of the communicative horizon of modernity is that although the factors of intonation, rhythm, choice of lexical, phonetic and syntactic options influence the expressive qualities of information and not its semantic and informative parameters. However, studies of interracial and inter-ethnic situations prove that it is these language differences that determine the foundation of misunderstanding, leading to the emergence and agreement at the level of latent and everyday practices that racial and ethnic stereotypes are exposed to.
